$250 per person (Service Charge of 10% and Tax not included)

Reservations
Reservations are currently accepted up to 14 days in advance and can be made online through RESY or TOCK. New reservations are opened daily on RESY or TOCK at 12PM EST. Please note we are not accepting reservations by phone at this time. For Buyout requests, please email sushiamane@gmail.com.

Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Sushi AMANE will charge the full amount of the Omakase per guest in the event of a no-show, last minute cancellation, changing the reservation date or decreasing the number of guests within 3 days (72 hours) of the reservation. Due to the seating time constraints and to not disrupt service, please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals past 15 minutes will not be seated and be charged the full amount of the Omakase, so please plan your transit accordingly, so we may seat you on time.

Gluten & Other Dietary Restrictions
Sushi Amane is unable to accommodate vegan/vegetarians, guests with no-rice requests and gluten allergy as soy sauce is used in the base preparation of many of our dishes. If you or your guests have any dietary restrictions, please kindly inform us when making your reservation. Without advance notice, we will not be able to accommodate your request on the night of your dinner. Consuming raw or uncooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Thank you for your understanding.

Corkage Fee
$80 per bottle, wine and sake only.

Service Fee
10% Service Charge; 20% Service Charge to parties of 5 or more.

Child Policy
The age requirement for Sushi AMANE is 12 years or older.
