Summer Omakase

Sushi Amane is an intimate nine-seat Edomae omakase in New York City, long recognized by the MICHELIN Guide and known for its precise, seasonal approach to Japanese sushi craftsmanship.

Our omakase is guided by seasonality and the traditions of Edomae sushi. The menu evolves daily according to the finest ingredients available, allowing each evening to offer a distinct expression of the season.

Walk-ins may be accommodated when availability permits. For same-day seating inquiries, please call (347) 770-2255.

Gratuity is not included at the time of reservation and will be collected at the restaurant at the conclusion of your experience.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance and may be made online. New reservations are released daily at 12:00 PM ET.

Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

Sushi Amane requires 72 hours’ notice for cancellations, reservation date changes, or reductions in party size. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full omakase price per guest.

To preserve the timing and progression of the omakase experience, we kindly ask that all guests arrive promptly. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled seating time will not be seated and will be charged the full omakase price per person.

We recommend allowing additional time for travel so that your experience may begin as intended.

Dietary Restrictions

Our omakase is composed around seasonal ingredients and traditional preparation techniques. Because soy sauce and other essential ingredients are incorporated into many dishes, Sushi Amane is unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian menus, gluten allergies, no-rice requests, or dietary restrictions requiring significant modification of the menu.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Without advance notice, we may be unable to accommodate requests on the evening of your visit.

Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge is applied to parties of five or more.

Child Policy

Sushi Amane welcomes guests 12 years of age and older. All guests are required to participate in the full omakase experience.
